Roll colored fondant very thin and cut flowers with plunger cutters. Place in flower formers and allow to dry overnight. Melt candy coating and fill truffle molds and place in freezer until set. Unmold truffles. Roll small balls of constrasting colored fondant to make centers for flowers. Attach flattened balls to center of flowers with piping gel. Attach flowers to top of truffle using a small dollop of meted candy coating.
