Instructions
Peppermint balls: Roll mixture into balls. Prepare for dipping by inserting coating covered stick into the bottom of your shape. Let set. Dip pop into the melted coating and tap off any excess coating. Immediately sprinkle with peppermint chips and place in holder to dry.

Elves: Form cake mixture into a shape that resembles a ball with a cornucopia on top. This is not an exact process; it is dependent on your interpretation of each piece. Once you have your shapes made, place them back in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm. Prepare for dipping by inserting coating covered stick into the bottom of your shape; be sure to push straw in 3/4 of the way through the shape for support. Let set. Dip pop into melted half peach/half super white candy coating. Allow excess coating to fall; be careful not to tap the shapes; tapping could loosen the hold of the stick. Once coating has dried, dip the top of the shape into the green coating. Allow excess coating to fall. Fill parchment bag with super white coating and detail the hat with "fur" and make a ball on the tip of the hat. Color fondant the same color as face and make ears; attach to the sides of the head with melted coating. Use a toothpick to make a dot for the nose. Make facial features with black candy coating.

Reindeer: Form cake mixture into a pear shape but making the top wider than a pear. Once you have your shapes made, place them back in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm. Prepare for dipping by inserting coating covered stick into the bottom of your shape; be sure to push straw through 3/4 of the way through the shape for support. Let set. Dip shape into the melted milk chocolate candy coating; allow excess coating to drip off. Before coating has completely set, insert broken pretzels into the top of the shape. Attach candy eyes and sugar pearls with dots of melted coating. Use brown fondant to mold reindeer ears and attach with melted coating. Use black coating to make the mouth.
