1. Melt candy coating or melt and temper choco
-late.
2. Dip cookie into melted chocolate. Coat com
-pletely. Bring out cookie with dipping tool.
3. Let excess chocolate drip back into the pan.
4. Place the dipped cookie on parchment paper or
silicone mat.
