Fall Potpourri
Ingredients and Supplies
  • cinnamon oil
  • paramount crystals
  • 3/4 dark green candy coating
  • 1 1/4 pound dark chocolate candy coating
  • 1/2 pound red candy coating
  • 1 1/4 pound milk chocolate candy coating
  • 1/4 pound white candy coating
  • 1/2 orange candy coating
  • 4 cups mini pretzel sticks
  • 7 oz. pecans
  • 3 cups popped popcorn
  • 3 cups flaked cereal
  • 3 cups corn chips
  • 3 cups raw chip coconut
  • 100 wafer paper leaves, serrated
  • 1 pound macadamia nuts
  • 9 oz. dried apples
  • 6 oz. dried cranberries
LEAVES
Melt 1/2 pound dark green candy coating. Add three tablespoons paramount crystals. Stir in 32 drops cinnamon oil or concentrated flavor. Dip wafer paper leaves into the green candy coating. Place on parchment paper or silicone mat to set.
TWIGS
Melt 1/2 pound dark chocolate candy coating. Add three tablespoons paramount crystals. Stir in 32 drops cinnamon oil or concentrated flavor. Gently stir in pretzels and spread and separate a spoonful at a time onto a silicone mat or parchment paper.
EUCALYPTUS LEAVES
Melt 1/4 pound dark green candy coating with 1/4 pound milk chocolate candy coating. Add three tablespoons paramount crystals. Stir in 32 drops cinnamon oil or concentrated flavor. Dip pecans into the candy coating. Place on parchment paper or silicone mat to set.
DRIED FLOWERS
Melt 1/4 pound white candy coating with 1/4 pound milk chocolate candy coating. Add three tablespoons paramount crystals. Stir in 32 drops cinnamon oil or concentrated flavor. Gently stir in popcorn and spread and separate a spoonful at a time onto a silicone mat or parchment paper.
FLOWER PETALS
Melt 1/2 pound orange candy coating with 12 milk chocolate candy coating wafers. Add three tablespoons paramount crystals. Stir in 32 drops cinnamon oil or concentrated flavor. Gently stir in flaked cereal spread and separate a spoonful at a time onto a silicone mat or parchment paper.
ACORNS
Melt 1/2 pound milk chocolate candy coating. Dip one half of each macadamia nut into the coating. Place on parchment paper or silicone mat to set.
WOOD SHAVINGS
Melt 1/2 pound red candy coating with 12 dark chocolate candy coating wafers. Add three tablespoons paramount crystals. Stir in 32 drops cinnamon oil or concentrated flavor. Gently stir in corn chips and spread and separate a spoonful at a time onto a silicone mat or parchment paper.
BARK CHIPS
Melt 1/2 pound dark chocolate candy coating. Add three tablespoons paramount crystals. Stir in 32 drops cinnamon oil or concentrated flavor. Gently stir in coconut and spread and separate a spoonful at a time onto a silicone mat or parchment paper.
INSTRUCTIONS
When all mixtures are set up, wear a pair of white cotton gloves and place all mixtures into a very large container. Add dried apples and craisins. Gently toss.
