Ingredients and Supplies
- 1 pound candy coating
- 4" square pan or container
Melt candy coating. Pour melted chocolate into plastic container. Place in freezer to set. Remove chocolate bar from pan and let set to room temperature. Rub the edge of the bar to soften the chocolate. Firmly scrape the chocolate bar along the edge with a grater. Note- A block of real chocolate may also be used. Use different graters to obtain a variety of textures.
