Melt candy coating. Spread melted coating evenly on the parchment paper. Allow to set. When set, break into long strips. Cut the top at an angle. Cut the bottom at a straight edge, measuring 1/2” taller than the cake to be covered. Attach to cake with melted candy coating. Cake shown was covered with a chocolate ganache. Allow ganache to set before adding chocolate bark.
