Yellow and Black Monogram N Cake

Ingredients and Supplies
- 8" cake
- yellow and white rolled fondant
- black buttercream icing
- super pearl dust
Cover cake with yellow rolled fondant. Roll out white fondant and place on Cricut Cake Cutting mat. Place scrolling texture sheet on top of fondant and roll over once with rolling pin to impress design. Use Cricut Cake to cut out large initial sized to fill top of cake. Use large brush to dust with super pearl. Place initial on top of cake, attaching with water if necessary. Roll out additional white fondant and impress with the same texture sheet. Cut 1 1/4" tall ribbon and cut ribbon into 2 1/2" to 3 1/2" strips. Use large brush to dust with super pearl. Use water to attach strips right next to each other along base of cake. Use #3 tip with black icing to pipe ball trim around edge of initial and along base of cake. Use #2 tip to pipe several smalls dots along seam where ribbon sections meet.
