  • Cookie Scoop
  • Orange Buttercream tips #233, #352
  • Green Buttercream, tips #352
  • Dark Ivory Buttercream: tips #233, #352
  • White buttercream striped ivory, tip #21
  • Yellow Buttercream, tip #352
  • Chocolate Buttercream, tip #233
  • Orange Sanding Sugar
  • Red Sanding Sugar
  • Royal Icing Eyes - 1/4"
  • Dec-Ons® Molded Sugar - Large Eyes
  • Lady Bugs Icing Decorations
  • Pretzel Sticks & Twists

Instructions

Apple Cupcake:
Place a cookie scoop of buttercream on top of a cupcake.
Roll the cupcake in red sanding sugar to fully cover.
Insert a pretzel stick into the top.Pipe a green buttercream leaf with tip #352.
Pumpkin Cupcake:
Place a cookie scoop of orange buttercream on top of a cupcake.
Roll the cupcake in orange sanding sugar to fully cover.
Use a butter knife to make indentations for the pumpkin's shell.
Insert a pretzel stick for the stem.
Pipe a green buttercream leaf with tip #352.
Deer Cupcake:
Pipe a "V" on the cupcake's edge in white buttercream using a large leaf tip (#366 n/a).
Fill in the remaining area with dark ivory buttercream using a grass tip #233 for the fur.
Pipe 2 ears with leaf tip #352.
Pipe 3 white buttercream dots on the deer's forehead.
Break a pretzel twist in half and place in the cupcake for antlers.
Place 2 icing eyes and a black sixlet for the nose.
Fox Cupcake:
Pipe a "V" on the cupcake's edge in white buttercream using a large leaf tip (#366 n/a)..
Fill in the remaining area with orange buttercream using a grass tip #233 for the fur.
Owl Cupcake:
Stripe a piping bag fitted with tip #21 with ivory gel food color and fill with white buttercream.
Pipe rows of shells overlapping each row to cover the cupcake.
Place the large sugar eyes.
Pipe the owl's eyebrows overlapping the eyes.
Pipe the owl's wings with a large leaf tip.
Place the pretzel stick for a branch.
Pipe a beak and feet clinging to the branch in orange buttercream with leaf tip #352.
Sunflower Cupcake:
Around the outside edge of the cupcake, pipe petals in yellow buttercream with leaf tip #352.
Pipe two more layers of petals overlapping each row.
Fill in the center with chocolate buttercream using a grass tip #233.
Add a royal icing ladybug for the finishing touch.
