Instructions: Assembly: Bake a 6", 8" and 12" cake. Place 12" cake on 16" serving stand. Place 6" and 8" cake on baking parchment. Ice each cake thinly. When icing on each cake has formed a crust, brush with piping gel and cover with rolled fondant. Attach an 8" round separator plate to a waxed cardboard which has been cut 8" square. Attach Bush pegs to the plate. For extra support, cut 4 dowel rods exact length as bush pegs and push into 12" cake (push in areas where plate will cover). Push 8" plate with attached square centered and into 12" cake. Slide 8" cake onto the waxed 8" cardboard. Attach a 6" round separator plate to a waxed cardboard which has been cut 6" square. Push Bush pegs into the plate. For extra support, cut 4 dowel rods exact length as bush pegs and push into 8" cake (push in areas where plate will cover). Push 6" plate (with attached square) centered and into 8" cake. Slide 6" cake onto the 6" waxed cardboard. Decorating: With bead maker, super pearl dust and rolled fondant, make beads for the following borders: 6" cake-top border use 4 mm beads and bottom border 6 mm; 8" cake-bottom border 8 mm; 12" cake-bottom border 13 mm. Attach beads with buttercream icing. Make teardrop border with teardrop mold, super pearl dust and rolled fondant. With rolled fondant and Large rose mold, make 4 rose lace pieces. Attach to opposite sides of cake with buttercream icing. Make monograms with monogram molds, candy coating and squeezit mold painter. When monograms are out of mold, brush super pearl and orchid pink luster dust over each letter. Attach to cake with buttercream icing. Place couple on top of the cake. Cake serves approximately 100 people.
