This mat makes is easy to create gathered pieces of fondant for swags, drapes, or fabric. Mat can also be used with gum paste, marzipan, modeling chocolate, and more.
1. Dust surface with cornstarch.
2. Roll fondant to about ⅛" thick and place over mat.
3. Insert dowels on top of fondant in between the grooves of the mat and gently press down.
4. Remove dowels, trim off excess fondant and remove from mat.
