Sparkle dusts have a larger grain size than the pearl and luster dust which gives them a sparkling finish. It gives gum paste flowers a wet or dewey look. In the dry form, use for dusting. Mix with oil based flavors or alcohol for painting and hightlighting. Although these dusts are approved in several countries, they are not yet FDA approved. They are non-toxic.
