Sparkle dusts have a larger grain size than the pearl and luster dust which gives them a sparkling finish. It gives gum paste flowers a wet or dewey look. In the dry form, use for dusting. Mix with oil based flavors or alcohol for painting and hightlighting. Although these dusts are non-toxic, they are for decorative use only and should not be considered a food product.
