Petit four or roll icing is an icing that can be used to glaze petit fours or drizzle over cinnamon rolls, cookies and other products. This is a soft icing and is often warmed to allow it to flow easily. Petit four icing doesn't dry hard so it is not ideal for using on products that need to be stacked.
