Cocoa Lite Milk Chocolate-Merckens

Cocoa lite is a delicious, smooth and creamy milk chocolate flavored confectionary candy coating with no waxy taste. (Cocoa "Lite" represents light colored chocolate, not fewer calories or fat). Confectionary candy coating contains cocoa powder and vegetable oil. It is easy to melt and requires no tempering. If a thinner coating is desired, paramount crystals may be added. If adding flavors or colors, use a concentrated flavor or oil-based flavor. This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come into contact with wheat/gluten, eggs, dairy or dairy products, peanuts, soy or tree nuts.

Note: We will ship chocolate year-round, however, chocolate may melt in shipping if ordering during warmer temperatures. If it melts during shipping, it can be remelted.

Purchasing cold packs may reduce the chance of the chocolate melting. We recommend 1 cold pack per 20 pounds. Please be advised: Ice packs only have a significant benefit in the first 24-36 hours and only when shipping in moderate temperatures.
