Black Fondant

This ready-to-use black fondant by Satin Ice is a marshmallow flavored icing used to cover cakes and add decorative accents.

Uses

Use it to cover desserts, mold it into unique toppers, or cut out different shapes to decorate festive cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and so much more! It is ideal for molding pieces in push molds, candy molds, silicone lace molds, bead makers, etc.

Tips

Keep hands, tools and work surface completely dry. Moving quickly, knead fondant in small quantities and combine for final knead. On completed cakes the fondant forms a crust, but still can be cut.

Storage

Unused fondant should be resealed quickly and wrapped airtight. Trimmings stored separately. Store at ambient temperature, away from direct light.
