Use this mold to create sheets of edible pearls to use as accents or borders on cakes, cupcakes, or cookies. Pearls are approximately 6mm in size. Mold can be used with fondant, gum paste, isomalt, chocolate, and more. Mold can withstand temperatures -40°F to 440°F.
