Cut caramel into small pieces and shape into squares just smaller than 1" square and about 1/2" thick. Cut snowflake transfer sheet into squares just larger than 1" square. Melt dark chocolate coating in deep bowl. Use a dipping fork to place a square of caramel in chocolate, fully cover it, then hold piece on fork and tap edge of bowl to allow excess chocolate to drip off. Place chocolate on parchment or wax paper. While chocolate is still wet place transfer sheet (texture side down) on chocolate. Allow chocolate to set up and then gently peel off transfer sheet.
