For the bride: dip cake pop into the melted white coating, and tap off any excess coating. Place pop into holder and let dry. Because you want the pop to be nice and white, you will need to dip these pops two times. For the second time, dip and tap off excess coating but place ball-side down on parchment paper and let dry completely. Prepare a small parchment bag with the same white coating and pipe candy coating diagonals to form a dress pattern. Then dot a pearl necklace around the stick.
For the groom: dip cake pop into the melted white coating, and tap off any excess coating. Place pop into holder and let dry. Take black candy coating and dip the pop holding it in a diagonal direction until half covered. Dip the other side in the opposite diagonal direction to form a V-shaped jacket. Place the groom pop ball-side down on parchment paper and let dry completely. Prepare a small parchment bag with the black coating and pipe a bow tie just below the stick. Then dot three buttons below the bow tie with the white coating parchment bag.
Once completely both pops are completely dry, use decorative ribbon to decorate the sticks.
