Roll white fondant to desired thickness and cover cakes. Prepare cakes for stacking and place on cake drum or board. Mold different size pine cones using brown fondant. Make tree branches by rolling a log of brown fondant and using flexible poly blade to cut and move small wedges of fondant. Brush the back of the branches with piping gel and attach to cake. Attach pine cones to branches with piping gel and pipe thinned royal icing on branches for snow. Make roses out of white fondant and leaves out of blue fondant and brush with petal dust. Attach to top of cake with piping gel. Mix coconut and edible glitter together and sprinlkle around bottom of cake. Place leaves and acorns in "snow" using piping gel. Set owls on top of cake.
