Cut out and bake 3 1/4" round Sugar Cookies, Bake 3 sizes of cakes in Pantastic Mini Cake Pans. Place tiny cakes in freezer, just long enough to make them easy to ice. Attach larger cake to cookie with a dot of icing and ice larger cake. Squirt lemon pastry filling in center of each cake and place smaller cakes on the filling. Ice smaller cakes. Pipe borders with tips #101s, #1, #13. Make 20 roses, #101s and place on cake, attaching with #349 piped leaves.
