Bake and cover cakes with light blue rolled fondant. Prepare and stack cakes on cake board or pedestal. Prepare isomalt or hard candy mix and mold several sizes and kinds of jewels. Set aside. Use smart marker and a toothpick or other sharp pin-hole object to mark swag locations. Mark a two-inch thick band all the way around center cake. Attach assorted medium-sized jewels and dragees with piping gel. Pipe stringwork and add small dots on top of stringwork where needed. Attach large teardrop jewels and dragees with piping gel.
