Bake cake according to mix or recipe instructions in heart shaped bundt pan. Allow to cool completely. Drizzle with chocolate glaze and red candy coating on wire rack to allow excess to drip off. Fill plate with white pearlized jimmies mixed with red heart sprinkles. Place cake on bed of sprinkles.
Chocolate Glaze: Combine 8 oz. dark chocolate, 1/3 cup whipping cream and 3 tablespoons butter in heavy saucepan. Cook until chocolate is partially melted. Remove from heat and stir until completely melted and shiny.
