Use Cricut Cake to cut 2" white cupcake backgrounds and pink and purple cupcakes. Place pink and purple on top of white backgrounds and allow to completely dry. Decorate with turquoise and purple royal icing dots. Use Cricut Cake to cut 2 1/2" turquoise and pink flowers and white overlay flowers. Dry flowers in separate formers and attach white overlay after both layers have completely dried. Pipe purple and turquoise royal icing centers.
Use #1M tip to pipe swirl of white buttercream on each cupcake. Sprinkle pink and purple sprinkles on cupcakes that will have fondant cupcake on top. Place fondant cupcake in buttercream and fondant flowers on top of buttercream on other cupcakes. Assemble cupcake wrappers and place finished cupcakes inside them.
