Roll assorted colors of gum paste very thin and use plunger cutters and rose cutter to cut flowers. Using the round plunger cutter and mini accent cutters, cut the centers out of the larger flowers petals. Use the round plunger cutter to make flat centers for the flowers. Layer the flowers in formers attach each layer in the center using piping gel. Roll small pieces of contrasting colors for the ball centers and attach with piping gel. Cut blossom flowers and place in formers then roll small pieces for flower centers and and attach with piping gel. Allow all flowers to dry overnight.
Roll fondant to desired thickness then place on top of texture sheet. Roll over fondant with gentle, even pressure then turn sheet over and remove from fondant. Use large circle cutter to cut cupcake top. Ice top of cupcake with buttercream icing and lay fondant piece over icing. Gently press fondant to top of cupcake using the palm of your hand.
Attach flowers to top of cupcake using piping gel.
