Form mixture into skull shapes. Once you have your shapes made, place them back in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm. Melt candy coatings. Remove shapes from refrigerator. Prepare for dipping by inserting coating covered stick into the bottom of your shape. Dip pop into the melted coating and tap off any excess coating. Allow pops to dry completely. Fill a parchment bag with black coating and detail the face. Using pastry wheel, free hand an oval shape. Drape over the top of the pop, pinching the side together. Cut a small heart and cut in half; pinch round end of heart and attach to pinched end of scarf with piping gel to form tie. Roll white fondant very thin and cut tiny dots with tip #6.
