Ingredients and Supplies
8" cake
2 lbs. pink fondant
1 lb. dark chocolate coating
square cavity silicone mold
silicone sheet
black edible pearls
pink marble transfer sheet

Instructions
Cover cake in pink fondant. Melt dark chocolate coating. Place silicone mat on top of transfer sheet texture side up. Spread melted chocolate over mat being sure to fill entire cavity and scrape off any excess. Allow chocolate to harden and remove from silicone and transfer sheet. Attach squares to cake using a small dot of melted chocolate. Attach black edible pearls with a dot of melted chocolate on the corner of each square. Print out off the computer letters in the desired and cut around each letter. Place letter on silicone sheet and draw outline around letter. Use an x-acto knife to cut straight vertical line around edge of letter. Repeat for all letters. Place transfer sheet texture side up under cavities. Spread melted chocolate over mat being sure to fill entire cavity and scrape off any excess. Allow chocolate to harden and remove from silicone and transfer sheet. Gently pry away silicone to prevent breaking narrow parts of letters from breaking. Attach monogram pieces to cake by placing piece of parchment on warm surface (hot baking sheet, electric skillet, etc.) and then touching down monogram until slightly melted, immediately place on cake and press down. Should hold on it's own in a few seconds.
