Ingredients and Supplies
1 standard size cupcake and several mini cupcakes
buttercream icing
white rolled fondant
yellow coloring
pink royal icing flowers

Spread thin layer of buttercream on each cupcake. Roll out white fondant and use a scallop edge round cutter slightly larger than the top of cupcake to cut out a round disk. Place fondant disk on top of each cupcake and gently smooth the scalloped edge over the edge of the cupcake. Tint small amount of buttercream light yellow and fit pastry bag with #2 tip. Pipe scallop along edge of standard size cupcake following edge of fondant. Pipe "S" swirl on top of each mini cupcake and place a royal icing flower on top. Place princess figure on top of standard size cupcake. Use for a birthday and give birthday girl or guest of honor standard size cupcake and the rest of the guests can enjoy the mini cupcakes.
