Instructions
Melt candy coating in deep, microwave safe bowl. Pat strawberries dry with a paper towel. Hold onto stem of strawberry and dip into chocolate. Shake gently to remove excess chocolate and place on parchment paper to harden. Shape desired candy center into 1" ball and flatten. Cut transfer sheet into 1 1/2" squares. Use a dipping spiral to dip candies in chocolate and place on parchment paper. Immediately place transfer sheet, texture side down on warm chocolate. Allow to harden and remove acetate. Place candies in candy cups and box if desired.
