Melt chocolate candy coating in small bowl. Use a dipping fork to dip marshmallows into chocolate and allow excess to drip off. Place on cookie with stripe side down. Allow coating to harden. Form black candy clay into rope about 2 1/2" long. Wrap around base of marshmallow, pressing gently to attach. Using a small dab of melted candy coating, attach the yellow candy to the candy clay band.
1 pound white candy coating
¾ cup corn syrup
Melt candy coating. Stir in corn syrup. Mixture with thicken and become stiff. Wrap in plastic wrap for several hours before using. Knead and add desired food color. Candy clay can also be made with colored candy coating. Eliminate food coloring as desired.
