These mats withstand extreme temperature ranges, up to 600 degrees. They are ideal for pouring hot cooked candies such as brittles and rock candy. Place mat on baking sheet to protect counter from the hot candy. The candies come off the pad effortlessly. They are also good for using in place of parchment paper when dipping candy, spreading barks or baking cookies.
