Instructions
Bake and cut out ghosts. With a lot of pressure, using buttercream icing and tip #10, pipe head and body of ghost over cookie head and body. Insert tip #10, white buttercream icing into one shoulder area of ghost, apply pressure and pull out to form one arm. Repeat for the other arm. Pipe the fingers with tip #6. Place icing eyes on the ghost. Pipe the mouth with tip #1, red icing.
