cocoa lite candy coating
12 ounces pecan pieces
caramel bits
red candy coating wafers

Melt 2 pounds Cocoa Lite. Stir in 12 ounces pecan pieces and one bag of caramel bits (do not melt the caramel bits). Spoon out a small mound onto parchment paper. Place a red candy wafer on the mound for a "mouth". spoon another small mound of mixture over the wafer, letting an edge of red wafer show. Place two icing eyes on the candy quickly before the candy coating sets up. If the mixture becomes too firm to work with, simply zap in the microwave a few seconds to melt the coating.
