Roll cookie dough out to 1/4" thick and gently pick up and lay in coffin pan. Push cookie dough into corners and just over rim of pan so the dough won't slide down. Place pan on cookie sheet and bake at 325' until cookie is done. Allow cookie to cool in pan and then remove. Roll out another piece of cookie dough. Place coffin upside down on dough and cut around edge of top. Also cut out bone shapped cookies. Bake.
Roll chocolate fondant to 1/8" thick and then place wood grain texture mat on top of fondant and firmly roll over once. Use a sharp knife or a pastry wheel to cut fondant to cover coffin lid and sides of coffin. Spread thin layer of buttercream on cookie surface and then put fondant in place so it will adhere. Color small amount of white fondant orange and purple. Roll very thin and cut out letters with cutters. Place on lid. Roll out white fondant and cut pieces using bone cutter, attach to bone cookies with thin layer of buttercream. Color small amount of chocolate fondant black. Roll into small balls and flatten slightly. Place randomly on top of coffin lid. Use small amount of black buttercream to pipe legs and small dots of white to make eyes. Fill cookie box with bone cookies and place lid on top.
