Sandwich two graham crackers (book cover) together with buttercream icing (pages). Ice higher on the open pages side, and not quite to the edge. On the book binding side, ice even with the graham crackers and gradually less thick than the open pages side. Do not put icing even with the graham crackers on the top and bottom of the book as pages stop short of the book cover. Put "book" into freezer to harden buttercream icing. Dip graham crackers into desired color candy coating. Let set up. Mix gold luster dust with lemon concentrated flavor and paint the "pages" with mixture. Pipe title of book with buttercream icing and tip #1. Pipe line with tip #1.
