#5 candy cups
Tea cake pan
Devils food cake batter
Peanut butter logs
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
8 ounces of cream cheese
4 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon water

CAKE: Line mini cupcake pans with #5 candy cups. Set aside. Mix up a devils food cake from a mix. Stir in 2 cups broken peanut butter logs. Fill paper cups with mixture. FROSTING: Beat butter, peanut butter and cream cheese together on medium speed, until light and fluffy. Slowly add the powdered sugar and continue to mix until the frosting is smooth. Mix in the water and continue to mix until it reaches a good spreading consistency. Put icing into a disposable bag fitted with tip #32. Pipe the top of the mini cakes. Garnish top with broken peanut butter logs. Makes over 125.
