Ingredients and Supplies
¾ cup (1½ sticks) butter, softened
1 cup (1 package) Aspen Mulling Spices
1 cup granulated sugar
2 well beaten eggs
½ cup molasses
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
3¾ cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoons baking soda
3 teaspoons ground ginger
1 pound Merckens White Candy Coating, melted

Preheat oven to 325ºF. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. In a mixing bowl on medium speed, cream together butter, mulling spices and sugar. Add eggs, molasses and apple cider vinegar. Mix until thoroughly combined. Sift dry ingredients together then add to mixture and mix until blended. Form dough into ¾-inch balls and place on a lined cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Allow cookies to cool completely then dip one half of cookie into melted white coating and lay on parchment paper. Allow coating to set completely before serving.
