Melt 3/4 pound milk chocolate candy coating with 1/3 cup paramount crystals. Pour melted mixture into a tart pan, moving around until bottom and sides are completely covered. Dump excess melted candy back into the bowl. When candy in pan sets up, repeat process for a second lining. When second lining sets up, repeat a third time. After the third coat sets up, fill the pan with 2 pounds of peanut butter filling. Use a pastry roller to get filling completely even on top. Melt 1/2 pound milk chocolate candy coating with 1/8 cup paramount crystals. Seal in the peanut butter filling by spreading the melted mixture over the filling and meet with the top of the candy lining the sides of the pan. Put in freezer. When cold, carefully remove the "giant peanut butter cup" from the pan and put on serving tray. Garnish with peanuts.
