There are several flavors of centers that are ready-to-use. Soft centers (which must be molded) are available as well as firm centers. Some flavors include: Caramel, Coconut Dough (coconut texture), Coconut Cream (smooth texture), Peanut Butter, Maple Nut, Chocolate Cream, Butter Pecan, Orange, Lemon, plus many more. Dry fondant powder may be added if centers are a bit too soft for rolling.
