Instructions
Using a large bent spatula, cover a baking sheet with melted candy coating. Spread as thin as possible, making sure the baking sheet does not show through. Allow to “just-set”. Brace the cookie sheet against the body. Starting in the left hand corner with the scraper away from you and at about a 20° angle, scrape the chocolate to form a curl. While scraping the chocolate, keep the blade parallel to the bottom edge of the cookie sheet, but move the spatula at an angle.
