Cupcake Ganache
Ingredients and Supplies
| 1/2" thick panned ganache |
| mini cupcake cookie cutter |
| Flo-Coat coloring agent |
| white candy coating |
| pink food color |
| lime green food color |
| turquoise food color |
| chocolate transer sheet |
| small round red candies |
Instructions
Use cookie cutters to cut ganache. Cut transfer sheet in to 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" squares. Dip bottom of cupcake in melted and colored coating and place on wax or parchment paper; lay transfer sheet square on top of wet chocolate. When dry, pull acetate paper off of cupcake. Dip top of cupcake in white candy coating; place on paper and add small red candy to top of cupcake.
