Cupcake Ganache
Ingredients and Supplies
1/2" thick panned ganache
mini cupcake cookie cutter
Flo-Coat coloring agent
white candy coating
pink food color
lime green food color
turquoise food color
chocolate transer sheet
small round red candies

Instructions
Use cookie cutters to cut ganache. Cut transfer sheet in to 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" squares. Dip bottom of cupcake in melted and colored coating and place on wax or parchment paper; lay transfer sheet square on top of wet chocolate. When dry, pull acetate paper off of cupcake. Dip top of cupcake in white candy coating; place on paper and add small red candy to top of cupcake.
