Dots and Bows Pink and Brown Cake
Ingredients and Supplies
| 4", 6" and 9" cakes |
| chocolate brown rolled fondant |
| white rolled fondant |
| white fondant bows |
| white and pink buttercream |
| piping gel |
Instructions
Cover each tier with chocolate brown fondant. Stack using your preferred stacking method. Roll out white fondant and cut 1" wide ribbon strips. (A pasta machine works wonderfully for rolling out long lengths of fondant.) Attach ribbon to base of each tier by brushing piping gel on cake. Use a #3 tip with white buttercream to pipe swiss dots on all three tiers. Use buttercream to attach gumpaste bow on top edge of each tier. Use pink buttercream with #1 tip to pipe dots on bows and pipe stitching along top and bottom edge of ribbon.
