Melt candy coatings and place in towel-lined electric skillet on lowest setting. Place lime green, light blue and orange coating in parchment bags. Pipe dots of lime and green in sucker cavity and allow to set. Flood cavity with white coating, insert stick and place in freezer to set. Pipe light blue coating into elephant's ears and allow to set. Flood cavity in blue to finish elephant's body. Place in freezer to set. Remove set candy pieces and attach elephant to center of round sucker using melted coating. Attach non-pareil eyes to elephant using piping gel.
