American Cake Decorating Magazine This great magazine's web site contains
subscription information, back issue information, and a few articles online.

Chocolate Artistry   Elaine González is an award-winning chocolate instructor and
internationally known chocolate artist who appears regularly at chocolate festivals,
trade shows, and food conferences. Her work has been featured in museums, on
television, and in numerous publications. Her site has everything you want to know
about chocolate!

Cliff Simon Cakes   Outstanding works of art.  Cliff has created cakes for several famous
people.  See some of these cakes and great, humorous stories about them.  

CookieDecorating.com  An entire web page devoted to the art of decorating cookies!
Boxes, Bags, Gingerbread, Bouquets and Cookies for seasonal and special occasions

Diane Shavkin  Diane's site is filled with great information, guest speakers, cake samples
and ideas, plus you can buy shirts and totes with a wedding cake design on them custom
decorated by Diane! 

Earlene's Cakes  Earlene has been working with the sugar arts for over 40 years. Earlene
makes you feel at home when you visit her site!"  Her work is some of the finest we've
seen!  She even gives you a glimpse of her clever working space.

Scott Clark Woolley's Cakes by Design   Check out this New York City cake
artist and author! See dozens of photos of outstanding work, as well as info
regarding the popular cake decorating classes at his 'Academy of Cake Art'.

Organizations
Arkansas Cake Club   A group of decorators from all over Arkansas, with experience
ranging from beginners to 50 years.  We meet twice a year to share ideas, learn lots of
new techniques, and make new friends. 

I.C.E.S: (International Cake Exploration Societé) Ices is an organization of over 4,000
members worldwide.  All of the members share one thing - a love of sugarcrafting.
They create works of confectionery art  with buttercream, gumpaste, pastillage, fondant,
and many other edible media.

Casanova Cake Club They are an organization of cake decorators and confectioners
from Northern Virginia, DC and Maryland who enjoy getting together every month to
visit, watch a demonstration and sample each other's creations.  Our purpose is to
promote creativity and experimentation in cake decorating, sugar art, chocolate,
pastries, candies, and just about anything edible that can be done decoratively.

Frost-A-Tiers    Frost-A-Tiers is a local Houston area group of Cake
and Sugar Art Enthusiasts. 

Houston Cake Club  Houston area's fastest and largest cake club!  They have fun while
promoting the art of cake and food decorating.

Confectionery Artists'
A Taste of Heaven  Jody will not only give you great ideas for beautiful cakes, but also
shows lovely crafts.

Cake Decorating and Cooking  This Wilton instructor shows some of her pretty cakes plus
gives you cake decorating instructions online.

Cake Confections Becky makes clever and creative cakes and is a Wilton instructor!

been featured on Oprah.  His web site is great for instructional information on sugar
roses and daisies.

Sara's Cake and Candy Page  A great informative page filled with recipes, conversion
charts, cake decorating and candy making tips and ideas plus lots of pictures.

Sweet Dreams  Tracy has a number of beautiful cakes.  She also has great recipes and a
very helpful message board.

The Sweet Life  Norman R. Davis is the owner of The Sweet Life, a custom-design
cakery in Annandale, VA.. He is the designer of extraordinary, one-of-a-kind  wedding
cakes, a pastry chef, and an award-winning chocolatier. He also is famous for his
custom-made molds. You will see a few of his molds in The Sweet Life Series new
book,"Wedding Cake Ensembles".

Recipes and Instructions

Chesapeake Bay Cooking Great website filled with seafood recipes, tips and instructions.

Les Kinkaid Les has great information about food, wine and golf.  Check out his chocolate
