Valentine Dipped Sandwich Cookies

Ingredients and Supplies
                    
	
		Sandwich cookies (we used lemon)
	

		White chocolate candy coating
	

		Dipping Fork
	

		Valentine Transfer Sheet
	

		Parchment paper or Silicone Mat

Instructions Cut transfer sheets in 3" squares. Melt white candy coating. Drop cookie into melted candy coating. Remove cookie using a dipping fork. Set on a silicone mat, or parchment paper. Immediately place a 3" transfer square, textured side down, on top of the dipped caramel. Allow to set up for several minutes. Remove when set.
