Puppy Dog Tails Cake

Instructions Bake 12"x18" cake and 9"x13" cake. Place large sheet cake on foil-covered masonite board and ice top with white icing and sides with light brown buttercream icing. Cut the 9"x13" cake in half the short way and place on half the large sheet cake. Cut top cake at an angle to resemble a river bank. Ice the small sheet cake with green icing on top, light brown on the sides and dark brown where the bank is. Immediately after icing the dark brown "bank", sprinkle chocolate cookie crumbs on the "bank". Using a spatula make wavy water with piping gel (which has been colored blue) onto the top (remaining) of the large sheet cake for "water". Lay some candy shells on the "bank". Using tip #233, make grass on the top and around the base of the cake. Add sugar flowers. Mold fish and turtle from candy writers. Brush with luster dusts. Line mold #90-5631 for the bucket. Pipe cattails with tip #2 for stem, tip #349 for leaves and #4 for top of stem. Hand mold frog, dog, snake, lily pads, flowers, fish in bucket and boy's hat from Choco Pan, colored appropriately. Brush with luster dust. Mold boy with peach candy coating. Use colored Choco Pan to make the clothing. Attach a string to a wire for the fishing pole.
