Chocolate Covered Strawberries
SUPPLIES NEEDED
Candy Coating
Strawberries 
Parchment Paper
Wash Strawberries.  Allow strawberries to dry
completely.  Melt candy coating.  Hold on to the
end of the strawberry with your finger and dip it
into the melted coating.  Allow extra candy
coating to drip off.  Set on parchment paper.
When dry, serve immediately, keep in refrigerator
no more than 2 hours, or keep them in a very cool
room for several hours. 

Tuxedo Strawberries
SUPPLIES NEEDED
Milk Chocolate Candy Coating
White Chocolate Candy Coating
Black Candy Writer
Strawberries 
Parchment Paper
Wash Strawberries.  Allow strawberries to dry completely.
Melt candy coating.  Hold onto the end of the strawberry
and dip straight down in the white chocolate.   Set on
parchment paper to set up.   Melt one pound milk chocolate
coating (for the tuxedo jacket).  Dip the strawberry already
dipped in white chocolate coating in the milk chocolate
coating, holding it sideways (To represent one side of
jacket).  Place on waxed paper to set.  When set, dip the
other side of the strawberry, holding it sideways.  Set on
parchmemt paper to set.  Melt candy in candy writer.  
Squirt dots for buttons, and add lapels.  Serve immediately,
keep in refrigerator no more than 2 hours, or keep them in a
very cool room for several hours. 

Dipped Dried Fruit
SUPPLIES NEEDED
Candy Coating
Dried Fruit
Parchment Paper
Melt candy coating.  Hold on
to the end of the fruit with your
finger and dip it into the melted

parchment or waxed paper.

Dipped Bananas
SUPPLIES NEEDED
Candy Coating
Bananas
Sucker Sticks
Sprinkles, Nuts or Crunch
Melt candy coating.  Peel Banana and
place stick #88-70  on one end.  Dip
banana in melted coating.  Allow extra
candy coating to drip off.   Set on
parchment paper.  Sprinkle on Nuts or
crunch before chocolate is set.
