SUPPLIES NEEDED
Candy Coating
Pretzel Sticks 
Sprinkles (optional)
Melt candy coating.  Hold on to the end of
the pretzel stick with your finger and dip
it into the melted coating.  Allow extra
candy coating to drip off.  Set on parchment
or waxed paper.  Scatter sprinkles while
candy is still wet.
Large Pretzels dipped in
milk chocolate coating.
Drizzled with melted white
and dark chocolate coating.

Melt candy coating.  Drop pretzel into candy coating
Bring out with dipping fork.  Allow extra candy coating
to drip off.  Set on parchment or waxed paper.  Scatter
sprinkles while candy is still wet.

Pretzel Baskets
SUPPLIES NEEDED
Candy Coating
Round Pretzels, 2 1/2 per basket 
Squeeze Bottle
Melt candy coating.  Pour into squeeze bottle.  Place
one round pretzel on parchment paper.  Squirt melted
coating from squeeze bottle into the pretzel, filling the
bottom.  Squirt a bit more coating on the top edge of
the pretzel.  Stack another pretzel.  With a sawtooth
knife, carefully cut a third pretzel in half.  Dip each
end of the half pretzel in the melted coating inside
the first pretzel.  Place the half pretzel on the two
stacked pretzels for a handle.  Hold in place for a
few seconds until coating sets.  When coating is
completely set up, fill with mini treats.

SUPPLIES NEEDED
Red Candy Coating
Green Candy Coating
Round Pretzels
Bow Candy Mold
Holly Berry Sprinkles
Dipping Fork
Melt candy coating.  Make Red Bows following instructions for molded candy.
Drop pretzel into candy coating  Bring out with dipping fork.  Allow extra
candy coating to drip off.  Set on parchment or waxed paper.  Scatter sprinkles
while candy is still wet.

Pretzel Rings
SUPPLIES NEEDED
White Candy Coating
Super Gold Luster Dust
Round Pretzels
Dipping Fork
Hard Candy Mix
Hard Candy Mold Jewel
Melt candy coating.  Drop pretzel into candy coating.   Bring out with dipping
fork.  Allow extra candy coating to drip off.  Set on parchment or waxed paper.
When set, brush with luster dust.  Make the diamond following instructions
for hard candy, reserving a small amount of the syrup.  When
set, break apart "diamonds".  Lean pretzels against an object shorter than the 
pretzel.  Heat reserved syrup.  Use heated syrup as a glue to attach "diamond"
to the pretzel.  Allow to set up.

Pretzel Ladders
SUPPLIES NEEDED
Mini Pretzel Sticks
Candy Coating
Dipping Fork
Melt candy coating.  Drop pretzel into candy coating.  With a
sawtooth knife, cut a stick pretzel into thirds.  Dip each third
into coating and set on parchment.  Dip a whole pretzel stick
into white coating and attach each dipped third onto the whole
dipped pretzel.  When set, cut across the end of the thirds so
they are all exactly the same length.   Dip another pretzel stick
and lay against the cut ends of the three partial pretzel sticks.  

Pretzel Bride and Groom
SUPPLIES NEEDED
Pretzel Logs
Candy Coating, cocoa lite & white
Candy Writers, white, dark brown
Super Pearl Dust
Groom:  Melt cocoa lite candy coating.  Hold on to the end of the
pretzel stick with your finger and dip it into the melted coating.
Allow extra candy coating to drip off. Set on parchment or waxed
paper.  Allow to set up.  When set, use white candy writer and
paint a V for the shirt.  Allow to set up.  Use dark brown candy
writer to paint on lapels, buttons and bowtie.  Bride:  Melt white
candy coating.  Hold on to the end of the pretzel stick with your
finger and dip it into the melted coating.  Allow extra candy
coating to drip off.  Set on parchment or waxed paper.  Allow to
set up.  Use a fork and drizzle melted white coating over the
dipped pretzel.  Allow to set up.  Brush on super pearl dust.
