Candy Molds
Method One:
There are a few candy molds available that are ready to use. If any details are to be painted,
take melted candy from candy writers, squeeze the candy directly into a clean dry mold,
painting the details. Let each color set up at room temperature before painting an adjoining
area. When the colors are completely set up, fill the mold with the main color. Place the mold
in the freezer. When cold, the candy will fall from the mold Simply melt the chocolate and
pour into the mold. Place in freezer until set (usually 15-25 minutes). When mold is cloudy
and the candy feels cold, remove from freezer.
